A NEW WAY TO SAY I LOVE YOU

I am a coach at APE — Athletic Performance Enhancement — in Mesa, Arizona. Every day I get to train incredible young athletes, and I love them like my own.

One day during training, I shouted across the gym to one of my athletes, “I LOVE YOU, TOBY!”

Toby looked at me completely confused.

In that moment, I realized how heavy those three words can feel. So I quickly said, “I love you LIKE JESUS LOVES YOU.”

His whole face changed. He smiled the biggest smile.

That day, I asked God, “Is there another way I can say I love you?”

It was about time to go to bed and I was with my head on my pillow, about to fall asleep, and the thought came — I JESUS YOU.

In my head I was asking, what was that? And again — I JESUS YOU. I realized quickly this was my answer to my prayer, my question to The Lord.

I got up and researched the words through questioning AI, and sure enough, without me telling it what I wanted those words to mean, AI settled it: It means I love you the way Jesus loves you. Yes — this was my new way to say I love you.

Then I did research to see if anyone was using it and to my surprise, no one was. I got an urge to trademark it for it to belong to my nonprofit. When I searched the trademark, no one had it either.

So with that fire burning, I invested the money and it’s now property of God’s nonprofit — Healthy Amor Inc.

I never wanted to make shirts just to make shirts — everyone does that. But this is different. This is my brand. My logo. My trademarked words with a real story and a real purpose behind them.

In this launch season, 100% is being reinvested — into our families in Guatemala and into growing Healthy Amor Inc. so we can serve more. As God grows this, our heart is to give 90% to the Lord’s work and be sustained by 10% to keep serving.

This is not just a shirt. It’s how we tell someone — I see you, I value you, and I love you like Jesus loves you.
